Vizanote

About Vizanote

Vizanote is built on a single conviction: clinical rigor and administrative accountability should not compete with the time BCBAs spend with clients.

Our mission

ABA therapy produces measurable, meaningful outcomes for the learners it serves. The field deserves documentation tools that match that standard — tools that are fast enough for a busy session, rigorous enough for a Medicaid audit, and transparent enough to hold every team member accountable.

Vizanote is our attempt to build those tools. We are in active development, working directly with BCBAs, clinical directors, and ABA practices to make sure the product reflects how clinical work actually happens.

What Vizanote is built on

Clinical rigor

Every feature in Vizanote is designed to support evidence-based ABA practice — not to shortcut it. Contraindication gating, BCBA sign-off requirements, and immutable audit trails exist because the field demands that level of accountability.

Role-based accountability

The right people see the right information. BCBAs have clinical oversight. RBTs see their sessions. Guardians see their consent records. Billing staff see claims. No role can access data outside its scope — by design.

Human-first AI

AI in Vizanote is a tool for clinical efficiency, not a replacement for clinical judgment. Every AI-generated suggestion carries a mandatory BCBA review requirement. There is no auto-apply, no shortcut, no way for AI to change a treatment plan without a licensed clinician's explicit approval.

Privacy and consent

Families trust ABA providers with sensitive information about their children. Vizanote treats consent records as first-class data — cryptographically signed, permanently accessible to guardians, and tamper-evident.

Important: Not medical advice

Vizanote is clinical documentation and workflow software. It is not a medical device, a clinical decision support system certified under FDA guidelines, or a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed clinician. AI-generated suggestions in Vizanote are always clearly labeled as such, always require review by a licensed BCBA before implementation, and are never applied automatically. If you have clinical questions about a specific learner, contact the licensed clinician responsible for that individual's care.

Where we are

Vizanote is currently in limited beta. We are actively onboarding a small number of ABA practices who are willing to work closely with us to validate the product before broader launch. If you are interested in participating, we would welcome the conversation.

We do not make claims about our user base, usage statistics, or outcomes that we cannot substantiate. As we collect real-world data from beta partners, we will update our public materials to reflect it.

Contact

We are a small team. The best way to reach us is through the beta signup form — we read every submission. For partnership inquiries, BAA requests, or security disclosures, please use the same channel and note the purpose in your message.

For security disclosures, please indicate “Security” in the subject line. We take security reports seriously and will respond within 48 hours.
